      Dolmeori (Stone Head) Beach

This is located in Seokdu Village in Seokseong-ri, Hampyeong-eup. Seokdu means a stone head in Korean. It is blessed with a silver-colored 1,000m-long beach stretching toward the West Sea, and beautiful pine tree forests. In particular, an 8,000㎡ artificial pool was created on a sandy beach in order to overcome stronger tides than other beaches, and amenities including straw roofed houses, camp sites and parking lots were expanded. In addition, since a lot of crabs, shellfish and seaweeds are found in the area, it can be used as a place for children to study nature.
